Finding a therapist can be hard, and you deserve to work with someone you click with! Thank you for taking the time to learn about me.

I am passionate about working with clients who are experiencing depression/mood concerns, anxiety, posttraumatic symptoms, suicidality/self-harm, or persistent mental health concerns. I have advanced training and specialization in working with people with complex PTSD, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, OCD, self-harm behaviors, and thoughts of suicide. I believe in providing kind, compassionate, effective care that centers populations who are often marginalized.

No one loves talking about their deepest anguish with a stranger. Please know there is a way through this. I provide treatment with skill, warmth, and hope, informed by the latest advancements in psychological research. Specifically, I specialize in evidence-based interventions such as CBT and DBT, and work collaboratively with each of my clients, tailoring treatment to help you build a life you want to live.

Personally, I was born in Seattle, completed my first master’s degree at George Washington University and returned to my hometown for my doctorate. I am a white, cis, straight woman in an interracial and multi-cultural family, and am dedicated to providing culturally-informed care, as well as affirming care to members of the LGBTQ+ community. As a scholar, my research is focused on suicidality in forensic and immigrant populations.
